Executive (Material Management) - Woodlands / MNC/ Full Time - #1092562

Office Hours (5 days)
Salary: Up to $6,000/ month + attractive benefits 


Job Scope:
As a Material Management Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient planning of raw materials and finished goods. You’ll be part of the Supply Chain team, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

• Manage customer and affiliate order demand based on material availability
• Release process orders and purchase schedules, in coordination with the Production Planner
• Monitor and replenish raw materials to support customer orders and forecast
• Expedite orders and resolve issues with internal teams (Production, Customer Care, etc.)
• Collaborate on forecast gaps to improve service delivery
• Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Distribution teams
• Work with Quality & Procurement to resolve raw material/packaging issues
• Handle unexpected supply changes and maintain operations flow
• Balance inventory levels to meet customer demand and management targets
• Drive improvements to reduce slow movers and obsolete stocks
• Plan for raw material and formula phase-ins/outs
• Support both Raw Material and Finished Goods planning
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 years's experience in logistics or supply chain 
• Singaporean only
