Aquametro Oil & Marine is developing, manufacturing and selling a large range of products and systems for the Marine business. Our products consist of Flowmeters, Viscosity sensors, Diesel Switch, Homogenizers, Shaft Powers, Fuel Performance Systems, Water in Fuel Emulsion Units, Sludge Treatment Units and CO2-Reporting. Further to that, we do Commissioning, Sea Trial and Service and Support.

Due to company expansion on a regional level, we are looking for strong individuals to fill the following position:

Service Engineer

Job Skills/Description: 

• Attend technical meetings, conduct ship surveys, technical commissioning onboard vessels and electrical wiring for cabinet preparation
• Able to travel to overseas on short notice
• Able to communicate with all levels of personnel like contractors, foremen, project managers, etc and bilingual in both English and Mandarin Language 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma level in Mechanical/Electrical/Marine engineering
• Good knowledge and understanding in following areas:
  • Microsoft Window environment
  • Basic networking 
  • Modbus Protocol and Serial communication wiring & know-how
  • Electrical wiring and termination
• Able to withstand onboard vessel working environment.
• Onboard vessel working experience at shipyard or anchorage (Preferred)
  • Able to work independently with quick and creative thinking
  • Consistently looking areas to improve work efficiency and documentation.
• Class 3 Driving License (Preferred)
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident (Preferred)
