Senior/ Associate (Warehouse), Retail Pharmacy - #1092539

You will assist in the daily operations at the warehouse and on online platforms. This includes accounting for sales through capturing on the Point-of-Sales system, processing customer order/ refund requests as well as attending to online enquires promptly. You will assist with roster management to ensure optimal manpower to meet warehouse operational demands and planned sales campaigns. You will provide guidance to and work with the Associates to continuously improve service delivery. You will be expected to coordinate warehouse activities, which include ordering and receiving inventory physically, managing inventory and stocks, returns to vendors and from customers, and co-ordinate warehouse distribution to outlets. You will process and transact online orders and co-ordinate with logistics providers on timely delivery arrangements. You will also monitor sales traffic and collate sales data.

Requirements:

• Diploma OR Higher NITEC / NITEC /GCE N / O / A with at least 6 years’ working experience, preferably in the retail industry
• Conversant in English and a 2nd language to liaise with customers from different racial backgrounds
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Good team player and independent worker who requires minimal supervision
• Detail oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes
• Able to lift at least 5kg. Daily work involves a lot of physical activity including lifting of stocks, standing and bending
