Logistics Associate (1 Year Contract) | Paya Lebar - #1092536

Job Details: 

• Contract: 1 Year

• Working Hours : Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

• Working Location : Paya Lebar 

  

Job Scope: 

• Coordinate and track import and export shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure visibility and transparency

• Prepare export shipping documentation and all necessary supporting documents to ensure compliance and smooth processing

• Ensure all shipments comply with international trade laws, customs regulations and company polices

• Collaborate with freight forwarders to resolve any transportation or logistics issues that may arise

• Collect, organize, and securely store all documentation related to customs declaration for easy retrieval and compliance

• Other duties as assigned

Requirement: 

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Logistics, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant logistics-related working or internship experience.

• Preferable with Customer Service, Logistics/Freight experiences

• Proficiency in Outlook email, Microsoft Office Application and Oracle/SAP is a plus

• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills

• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
