Our client is seeking an ERP Solutions Sales Manager to join their team!

What you'll be doing?
- Product Promotion: Actively promote and push a range of products/services focused on business process improvement for clients.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and close business deals and opportunities in collaboration with the team.
- Product Expertise: Develop comprehensive product knowledge and basic demonstration skills to effectively showcase solutions.
- Client Engagement: Conduct case studies, discussions, and product demonstrations tailored to clients' requirements.
- Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed quotations and business proposals based on client needs.
- Client Satisfaction: Provide excellent post-sales services and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Monitor customer expectations and satisfaction with products and services.
- Strategic Planning: Effectively identify and align customer and company resources to achieve joint business objectives.
- Value Addition: Identify gaps in clients' business processes to introduce mobility solutions that add value.
Who are they looking for?
- Educational Background: Minimum Diploma or higher in related studies, demonstrating a solid foundation in the field.
- Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Business Application / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sales, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Product Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP is highly valued, with other ERP solution sales experience as an added advantage.
- Mobility Expertise: Sales experience in Enterprise Mobility is a plus, broadening your potential impact.
- Personal Qualities: Confident, aggressive, and results-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a team player mentality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members.

- Work Style: Ability to perform with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
