Working hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5.30PM
Salary: $3300 - $3800
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and information.
Conduct onboarding of new staff and distribution of relevant materials.
Preparation and distribution of monthly reports to various teams.
Assist HR team in ensuring adherence to company guidelines and policies.
Respond to employees queries on company policies.
Assist HR team in employee appraisal and performance reviews.
Planning and coordinating staff training and development.
Data entry of relevant information into system database.
Filing and proper documentation of physical records.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'A' Levels/Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Singaporeans only
