Job Description

As a Trainer, you’ll be responsible for delivering facial and body treatment training, product demonstrations, and after-sales support. You’ll also contribute to the development of training materials (manuals, SOPs, videos) to improve knowledge transfer and ensure clients use our products confidently.

You must be comfortable working independently and delivering hands-on training in both facial and body wellness areas.

Responsibilities

·       Conduct in-person and online training sessions for resellers and professionals

·       Demonstrate facial massage, body massage, and product/device usage

·       Deliver skincare and equipment product training

·       Assist in creating manuals, SOPs, slides, and visual training guides

·       Support clients with post-training questions and treatment concerns

·       Stay updated on techniques and product knowledge

·       Join client workshops and demo sessions when required

Job Requirements

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in training, beauty therapy, or aesthetics

·       Hands-on experience in facial techniques is essential

·       Basic knowledge of body massage or body treatments required

·       Open to learning and delivering TCM-style techniques (e.g., gua sha, cupping)

·       Proficient in PowerPoint and able to prepare training slides/materials

·       Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (for client-facing training)

·       Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working in a small team

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Singapore (occasional travel to client sites)

Working Hours: Regular office hours (Monday to Friday)

Salary Range: Based on experience
