Snr HR/ Executive
The HR Executive is responsible for effective payroll operation for the company.
He/She would also be the subject matter expert in the area of Compensation and Benefits.
Payroll Management:
· In charge of payroll processing and related matters for selected Nursing home and departments.
· Perform variance analysis after each cycle
· Meeting all statutory reporting requirements
Compensation:
· Conduct compensation analysis and monitor payroll and overtime expenses
· Benchmark company compensation plan against market and recommend adjustments
· Support the annual compensation budgeting exercise
· Prepare salary proposal for new candidates
Benefits :
· Regularly manage and review employee benefits programs to meet employee and organisation needs
· Alignment of benefits to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
· Manage and monitor the company insurance programme
Reporting :
· Meeting all statutory reporting requirements
· Collate and prepare manpower statistics required by Management
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Human Resource
· Working experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage but not essential
· Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
· Strong planning and organisation skills
· At least 2 years payroll experience would be advantageous
· Some Compensation & Benefits experience would be advantageous
· 5-day work week, office hours
