Job Description:
- Perform precise assembly and testing of optics, laser, fluidic, and electronic modules following standard procedures and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during system/subsystem testing, including root cause analysis and repairs.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure correct materials and quantities are used.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturability, serviceability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferably with experience in handling optical or laser components.
- Singaporeans only.
