Associate Lecturer(s) will be appointed on a part-time basis to cater to short-term teaching requirements. Once the recruitment process has concluded, the official appointment will take place three (3) to six (6) months before the commencement of classes, or subject to the availability of teaching classes.
Keen applicants will be required to possess a recognised University degree. Any other relevant professional qualifications, industry experience and pedagogical training would be advantageous. The applicant may have one or more of the following fields: Applied Psychology, Personality Psychology, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Bio-psychology, Social Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Forensic Psychology and Clinical Psychology.
Essential qualifications required to teach the above-mentioned subjects:
Knowledge of using SPSS to understand research and data or statistical analysis is essential.
Ability to supervise final-year research projects.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct lectures/tutorials in the related discipline
Set, mark and moderate assignments and/or examinations
Review and develop course curriculum as and when required
Incorporate current industry trends into teaching
Job Requirements:
For teaching Pre-Degree programmes: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and above, in a relevant discipline from a recognised educational institution, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience
For teaching Degree programmes: Applicants must have a Master’s degree and above, in a relevant discipline from a recognised education institution, with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience or Bachelor’s Degree holders with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience may also apply
Pedagogy/teaching certificate holders will be advantageous
Excellent command of English, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Team player who is able to work with faculty members and administrative staff to meet deadlines and achieve deliverables
Keen interest in nurturing students in their learning journey
Ability to teach students with different cultures
Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines and achieve deliverables
Adaptive, versatile, and thrives in ever-changing and innovative environments
