RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review of new projects, whether it required special tools, Jig, and fixtures
• due to complexity of product prior to their acceptance for production.
• Design Jigs and Fixtures to aid in the manufacturing process.
• Review and study customer products for welding process or GD&T requirement.
• Plan, involve, train and implementation of new Machines/Equipment.
• Monitor, identify, develop, and implement improvements in process control.
   
• Experience:
• Experience in Sheet Metal processing, Project handling, Design Jobs.
• Design of Jigs & Fixtures, Process improvement study.
   
• Education:
• Possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
   
• Skills:
• Good working knowledge in 2D/3D software's (AutoCAD / Solid Edge) Sheet metal & Assembly.
• ERP Knowledge for Item, Bom & Routing, Familiar with MS Office.
• Familiar in Process Cutting, Bending, Welding, Painting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and a good team player
