Air Freight Executive - #1092442

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with customers regarding freight inquiries, bookings, and shipment tracking

  Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement

• Handling of customers complaints

• Prepare and review shipping documents

• Monitor shipment progress and update customers on status changes, delays, or issues

• Assist in freight rate negotiation and quotation preparation for customers

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all transactions are documented in the system

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customs requirements, and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience within airfreight

• Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent preferred

• Able to commit to shift work
