Job Description:
- Verify suppliers invoices and prepare for payment
- Issue invoices to customers upon confirmation of job completion
- Key in daily transactions into Xero System
- Track income collections, issuing SOA etc
- Do month end closing and generate monthly summary report
- Submit quarterly GST submissions and assist to compile full year report
- General admin duties e.g. order stationery, renew copier leasing etc
Requirements:
- Diploma/ professional certification in Accounting/Bookkeeping. Candidates without the qualification but relevant experience are welcome.
- At least 2 year local SG experience in similar role and industry preferred
- Proficient in GST reporting and XERO system
- Proficient in basic computer applications e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word
- Responsible, meticulous, diligent, have initiative, good in problem solving, able to multitask, team player. Good work ethics with positive working attitude
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin ( to handle Chinese speaking customers)
Other Info:
5 day work week, Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
