- Job Description
- Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and construction drawings in accordance to project requirements
- Involved in coordination and preparation of drawing and specification to liase with Project Managers and Engineers for Technical drawings and submission approval.
- Support in Tender if required.
- Review, clarify and amend the drawings and plan provided by clients/consultants
- Ensure that the drawings required are completed on-time
- Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
- Maintain good document control and filings.
- A strong, self-motivated and assertive person capable of working under pressure.
- Able to undertake any other duties assigned.
- Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in constructions
- Good skills of using Auto CAD and Revit
- Familiar with BIM Modelling/Management
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work as team.
