Overview of the Role:

You will be responsible for the execution of human resource functional area for Employee Relations & Industrial Relations. In addition, you will need to render support to the HRBP in execution of the full employee cycle within the organisation as well as review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes, and programmes.

Responsibilities:

Performance Management

  • Support HRBPs with the annual performance appraisal and promotion process.

Cessation of Employment

  • Support HRBP on process in relation to cessation.

  • Conduct Exit Interview with non-exempt resignees prior to their last day of service and highlight potential issues to HRBPs.

  • Arrange Exit Interview for HRBPs with exempt resignees prior to their last day of service.

Grievances & Disciplinary Management

  • Assist HRBP in managing staff grievances.

  • Support Employee Relations in major disciplinary involving Board of Inquiry.

  • Case Management and tracking of disciplinary cases.

  • Compile and prepare presentation slides/statistics to update management on the cases per quarter.

  • Handling general enquiries and providing data on ER matters.

Industrial Relations

  • Provide support on IR event/activities.

  • Manage the calendar of events and ad-hoc IR matters.

Personnel Record and Data Management

  • Maintain data integrity by performing checks in myHR.

  • Track contract renewal cases, work pass renewal, no pay leave application and secondary employment.

General Administrative Support

  • Attend and support to general enquiries such as HOD/RO request for myHR data change.

  • Coordinate medical screening and onboarding arrangement for non-employees (e.g. interns) and liaise with relevant parties for name tag/uniform etc.

  • Assist in procurement process, including vendor management, verify invoices and prepare purchase order, payment requisitions.

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.

  • Support HRBP in preparing audit check by internal and external auditors.

  • Help in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of HR experience

  • Proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word) and Success Factors HRIS or SAP HRIS

  • Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.

  • Can work under tight timeline and multi-task in supporting different priorities.

  • Good interpersonal skills in establishing rapport and collaborate with stakeholders.

  • Organised, meticulous and proactive.

  • Independent yet a team player with good interpersonal skills.
