KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：

1. Safe & Discreet Transportation

• Safely drive the Chairman, family members and VIP guests to residences, offices, events, and airports.

• Ensure punctuality and adapt to last-minute schedule changes.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding travel details and family matters.

2. Vehicle & Logistics Management

• Keep assigned luxury vehicles in pristine condition—clean, fuelled, and serviced.

• Conduct regular inspections, schedule maintenance, and handle insurance/tax renewals.

• Report any mechanical issues or incidents immediately.

3. Errands & VIP Support

• Assist with personal/family errands (deliveries, reservations, purchases).

• Provide ground support for events, including transporting supplies or guests.

• Assist VIP visitors with luggage, directions, and local arrangements.

4. Security & Professionalism

• Follow security protocols for family safety (route planning, situational awareness).

• Maintain a polished appearance and courteous demeanour at all times.

• Exercise sound judgment in all driving-related decisions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Driving & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years as a professional driver (private/family office preferred).

• Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean record.

• Experienced in handling luxury/premium vehicles.

Route Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in Singapore roads (including shortcuts & traffic patterns).

• Familiarity with key Malaysian routes (e.g., Johor Bahru, KL).

• Ability to navigate efficiently under time constraints.

Personal Attributes

• Discreet, reliable, and punctual – trust is paramount.

• Excellent communication.

• Flexible to work evenings/public holidays when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Security/Protection Experience (e.g., ex-bodyguard).

2. Fitness-conscious (regular gym training/martial arts for emergency readiness).

3. First aid/CPR certification.
