工作职责：
- 负责调研所在国家或区域的市场动态，制定营销策略。
- 开发、建立、维护本地大客户、央企/国企等大客户关系，及时了解客户需求，全面摸排目标国别订单机会，促成公司产品销售。
- 负责所在国家的品牌推广、促销管理，建立和维护国家高层关系。
- 负责项目在外货款回收，防止货款风险。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，3年及以上风电行业或发电企业工作经验，限中方人员。
- 具备完整的海外风电项目成功开发经验，熟悉从线索到商机、商机到订单、订单到合同、合同到回款的全项目流程。
- 具备相应的风电项目资源和风电客户资源。
- 具备较强的市场攻坚、客户管理、资源调配能力。
- 具备较强英文能力，英语可作为工作语言，沟通协调能力强。
