Senior Technology Development Engineer (Silicon Photonics) - #1092351

We are looking for experienced R&D Engineer to drive Si-Photonics (SiPh) technology development, including PIC in Pluggable module, Co-Packaged Optics (CPO), as well as photonic interposer solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on 300mm Si-Photonics (SiPh) technology development.
• Collaborate with internal R&D and Module teams to develop SiPh process.
• Collaborate with customer for device/process requirement/spec alignment.
• Collaborate with customer and external OSAT for product characterization & PIC/EIC co-package.

Requirements:

• Experience of SiPh process development (>3yr), optical device design & characterization, photonic IC packaging, etc
• Experience in foundry R&D, Process Integration, or Process Modules.
• Skill on FMEA, control plan, DOE (design of experiment) and problem solving.
• Good communication, self-motived and avid learner

Qualification

• At least bachelor degree in electronics/electrical/physics/Materials engineering or other relevant fields.
• At least 3 years working experience in SiPh technology R&D/Integration/Process engineer or other relevant fields.
• Proficient English oral and writing skill.
