Strategy & Roadmap Development
- Define and maintain a Digital Transformation roadmap aligned with the companies vision of: Operations Nerve Center, Always On Planning, and Connected Worker.
- Ensure all digital solutions deliver value within their domains while integrating at an enterprise level.
- Collaborate with the Chief Product Manager to ensure digital products are developed with measurable impact and scalability.
- Lead organizational change management (OCM) efforts to drive adoption of AI, data-driven decision-making, and digital tools.
- Ensure employees at all levels understand the vision and their role in the transformation.
- Oversee development of a structured digital upskilling program for COMPANY employees.
- Design and oversee COMPANY Executive Workshops to educate leadership on AI and digital transformation.
- Identify and coordinate facilitation partners to develop workshop materials and lead sessions.
- Design and coordinate go-and-see visits for COMPANY executives to learn from industry leaders.
- Work with the Enterprise Data & AI Governance Lead to define data governance frameworks, AI ethics policies, and enterprise-wide data architecture.
- Ensure AI-driven transformation aligns with business strategy while maintaining ethical considerations.
- Oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective planning, budgeting, reporting, and issue tracking.
- Ensure the COMPANY Steering Committee receives key insights and materials for decision-making.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact transformation initiatives based on value potential and strategic necessity.
- Hold Arpinine and COMPANY product teams accountable for delivering measurable value.
- Implement agile governance processes for continuous roadmap refinement.
- Ensure COMPANY stays ahead of industry trends by integrating emerging technologies.
- Travel to southeast Asia as necessary.
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead
- Designs and executes change management strategies to drive digital adoption.
- Develops internal communication plans and training programs.
- Ensures workforce engagement and preparation for transformation.
- Promoting, advocating, and driving adoption of digital products and capabilities.
- Generating excitement and understanding around how digital capabilities can be adopted to solve business problems.
- Explains the value and benefits to potential users.
- Manages the Project Management Office (PMO) for execution, budgeting, and issue resolution.
- Supports the Steering Committee with progress reports and risk management insights.
- Ensures digital initiatives align with business priorities.
- Relevant experience in digital transformation, program management, or technology strategy.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Good understanding of AI, digital platforms, and enterprise architecture.
- Expertise in organizational change management (OCM), executive engagement, and workforce transformation.
- Experience overseeing data governance, AI strategy, and enterprise data architecture.
- Familiarity with agile governance models, strategic planning, and business value realization.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience in AI-driven transformation and data governance.
- Prior experience working in consulting or large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with enterprise orchestration platforms and Digital Twins.
