Job Description

Opportunities & Exposure

FP&A

• Assist controlling team for month-end closing tasks (e.g. review of accruals, monthly reporting for the HQ, Region or for local management)
• Analyse the main variances vs. last year and budget
• Evaluate profitability of the Brands and conduct through analysing monthly P&L
• Prepare monthly meeting for Brands Management

Budget Preparation

• Prepare budget review meeting and budget review

Others

• Review of controlling procedures and update, if needed
• Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data
• Ad hoc analysis and project follow up

Qualifications

Requirements

• Able to commit 6 months of internship (Jul 25 to Dec 25)
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Analytical mind
• Excel skills are required and experience with SAP and Power BI will be a plus
• Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs
• Team player
• System oriented
