We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to drive financial performance and deliver insights at the Group level. Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Conduct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics tracking for Corporate departments.
- Deliver comprehensive financial models, detailed analysis, and commentary to support management decision-making.
- Perform benchmarking and highlight critical business issues affecting revenue and cost performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to set clear performance targets and support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide insights to enhance market competitiveness and drive strategic initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to monitor and assess capital expenditures for Group projects and evaluate ROI.
- Coordinate annual budgeting exercises and regular business performance reviews with senior leadership.
- Conduct financial stress tests and ensure robust analysis of forecast performance.
- Support Group corporate control policies by reviewing and updating compliance frameworks.
- Lead improvement initiatives with Shared Services and IT teams, such as building performance analytics systems and enhancing cost tracking mechanisms.
- Support strategic and ad-hoc business projects, including mergers and acquisitions.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in a corporate or MNC environment, preferably within high-growth technology or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and Corporate Performance Management tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Cognos, Power BI, Prophix, or Tagetik). Proficiency in advanced Excel is essential; Tableau is a bonus.
- Independent, resourceful, and adept at building cross-functional relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and attention to detail.
- High energy and a proactive, can-do attitude; thrives under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
