As a People & Culture Intern, you will support key people initiatives and gain exposure to various People functions, contributing to employee engagement, culture building and people operations. You will work closely with the team to create a positive workplace experience where employees can thrive. Given the exposure to sensitive information, absolute professionalism and discretion are a must.

As a People & Culture Intern, you will support key people initiatives and gain exposure to various People functions, contributing to employee engagement, culture building and people operations. What You'll Do:
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and internal events
- Support the team in executing culture-building activities that foster collaboration and inclusivity
- Help administer development programs by gathering feedback and tracking engagement
- Enhance the intern experience through engagement, onboarding, learning and talent pipeline support
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding and creating a seamless experience for new hires
- Ensure smooth execution of People processes related to employee engagement and workplace experience
- Maintain accurate records and support data management for people programs
- Develop communication content and assets, including but not limited to slides, articles and visual/video assets
- Assist in hiring efforts by supporting job postings, interview coordination and candidate engagement
- Assist in organizing career fairs and university recruitment events to attract top talent
- Ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates by managing applicant records and communications
Who We're Looking for:
- Available for a 6 month full time internship
- Pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Anthropology, Business, Sociology, Sports Management, or a related field
- A proactive, curious, and adaptable team player
- Strong aptitude for problem solving and ability to organise and prioritize work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural environment
- Being a sports enthusiast is a strong plus
