Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial controllership, planning and reporting, finance operations, and provide business support across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial decisions and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, an understanding of business operations, and the ability to contribute to long-term strategic initiatives.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Accountancy or CA qualification, and a minimum of 12 years' experience in controllership, operational finance, including leadership of finance teams. The candidate should possess a proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and experience leading finance teams. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to provide strategic financial insights. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are key, with a focus on process improvement. Experience in manufacturing or healthcare industries is a plus.
