Product Growth Manager (AI Product Focus) - #1092317

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive user growth strategy and results for AI-focused products; identify key growth levers and unlock scalable paths;
• Leverage data insights to understand user behavior and optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to design and execute growth experiments and initiatives;
• Build and maintain growth metric systems and dashboards to track performance and measure the impact of strategies.

Requirements:

• 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in user growth, growth marketing, or strategic product Strong data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau) with proven experience using data to solve real business problems and influence decisions;
• Strong business acumen and product intuition. Prior experience in global/overseas markets or gaming industry is a plus. Familiarity with AI-related products is a strong advantage;
• Entrepreneurial spirit with high curiosity and self-motivation. Open-minded and creative in exploring unconventional growth tactics beyond traditional frameworks.
