Job Description
Purpose
The Digital Account Manager will manage day-to-day partner operations, working together with several internal stakeholders such as, Digital Business, Product, Digital Technology, Claims and Operations, to ensure our that partnerships are run efficiently and generate maximum value to Chubb and our customers, and that our partners have a good experience working with Chubb.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills to represent Chubb in partner discussions and bring different stakeholders together to meet partner needs and fulfil growth opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines in a cross-functional & cross-regional structure with e-commerce partners, to ensure timely and consistent delivery of the overall business goals.
- Optimize product portfolio by analyzing key metrics, recommending improvement areas to drive profitability and continuous business growth.
- Research on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Define partner propositions and revenue growth plans together with Senior Account Managers and Revenue Growth & Marketing teams.
- Produce internal and external reports, timely and accurately.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or Business equivalent.
- 4-6 years of working experience, preferably from insurance, consulting, insurtech, e-commerce or tech firms
- Project / Programme management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong logical thinking and quantitative analysis ability.
- Proactive, open to learn, strong builder and intrapreneurial mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-minded.
- Experience with e-commerce is a plus
