Wholesales Manager, FMCG - #1092305

Our client is a leading FMCG MNC organization, and we are seeking to hire a Wholesales Manager to drive sales, distribution, and business development. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing wholesale accounts, expanding distribution channels, and ensuring strong relationships with key wholesalers and distributors.

Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Design and implement Channel Growth strategies and implementation plans to drive distribution and rotations at scale for all brands in line with the company's strategy.

Drive P&L objectives achievement (Volume, Net Sales, Gross Margin) with strategic management of commercial enablers. Lead internal business planning and analysis for the different channels. Lead continuous improvement in Ways of Working, Commercial Policy, and RTM Effectiveness. partners. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trade agreements to maximize profitability. Monitor wholesale partner performance, ensuring compliance with sales agreements and business objectives.

Requirements
You will possess a relevant Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in formal business qualifications. You will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in sales and have a proven track record and solid knowledge and experience of FMCG sector. Strong understanding of FMCG wholesale channels and market dynamics.

Proven track record in business development, key account management, and negotiation. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix set up. Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems. Team management experience is highly desired.
