To accelerate our innovation journey, we're hiring a Vice President, Ecosystem Development & Thought Leadership—a strategic, high-impact role at the forefront of robotics, AI, and emerging tech.

This role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and public affairs. You'll lead strategic initiatives across technology investments, ecosystem expansion, government engagement, and thought leadership—driving Certis' position as a trusted authority in security tech innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including government bodies, industry leaders, and strategic partners, to strengthen Certis' position in the market.
• Serve as a key spokesperson for Certis at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and government forums, promoting Certis' vision, expertise, and leadership in the security, robotics, and technology sectors.
• Lead the creation of thought leadership content, such as whitepapers, speeches, and publications, that demonstrate Certis’ expertise and innovative solutions in the industry.
• Identify and nurture opportunities for Certis to expand its ecosystem by developing relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and influencers in both the public and private sectors.
• Engage with government entities and regulatory bodies to advocate for policies and initiatives that align with Certis’ business objectives, particularly in the areas of security, robotics, and technology.
• Stay updated on trends, regulatory changes, and key developments in the industry to ensure Certis is at the forefront of innovation and thought leadership in the security and technology sectors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
• At least 12-15 years of experience in external relations, public affairs, thought leadership, or ecosystem development, with a focus on government, industry partnerships, or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to represent a company at high-level government and industry events, with a deep understanding of public sector engagement.
• Strong track record of building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and influencers.
• Experience in driving thought leadership initiatives and content creation (e.g., articles, speeches, whitepapers).
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to create and implement long-term ecosystem development strategies.
• Knowledge of the security, robotics, AI, or technology sectors, with an understanding of emerging trends and regulatory landscapes.
