About the Company

The client is a leading manufacturer and marketer of proprietary disposable medical devices which hires more than 7,000 employees globally.


The Role

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.


Responsibilities

1. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
  • Manage salary benchmarking, annual reviews, bonus programs, and employee benefits
  • Administer employee insurance, medical, and leave programs
  • Collaborate with finance on payroll audits and reporting


2. HR Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS) for employee records, leave, attendance, and reporting
  • Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, cost, etc.) for management review
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection policies


3. Talent & Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, and contract management
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, compensation matters, and administrative processes


4. Administration & Plant Support Services

  • Manage third-party contracts and service providers, especially for security and canteen operations
  • Monitor and improve employee welfare facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment


5. Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs
  • Support HR audits and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Drive process improvements to enhance HR service delivery at the plant


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong Payroll and C&B knowledge
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
