Our client, a leading regional fintech payments firm, is seeking an experienced and qualified Head of Operations professional for their team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-regarded organization within the Payments industry, playing a crucial role in ensuring reliability and transactional efficiency of payments systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Resilience: Oversee end-to-end operations of a network of payment infrastructure, ensuring uptime, reliability, and transactional efficiency.
- Operational Budgets: Manage vendor relationships and control operational budgets.
- Data Visualisation: Utilize data and analytics to track KPIs and drive performance improvements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and anti-fraud standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant Fields.
- Experience: At least 10 years of Engineering and Operations experience, preferably in the Payments sector.
- Skills: Analytical, meticulous, independent, strategic leader, innovative, people-connector, problem-solver and strong stakeholder management.
