Executive (Sustainability Communications) - #1092275

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Create clear, compelling sustainability messages around the company’s sustainability programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and environmental initiatives.
2. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and local communities to communicate sustainability achievements and programs effectively.
3. Develop high-quality content for various platforms (social media, press releases, sustainability reports) to communicate sustainability progress.
4. Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of communications publications
5. Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of the corporate website, including design, content management and copy-writing
6. Write ESG-related thought leadership content
7. Support on sustainability-related tasks such as benchmarking, and research
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders consultants and vendors
9. Establish an information network to collect and compile data from publications, sustainability reports, and field sources.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in Communications/ Marketing/ Public Relations/ Advertising/ English/ Journalism/ Business
2. Strong command of written and spoken English
3. Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills
4. Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
5. Basic graphic design knowledge
6. Resourceful, adaptable, and people-oriented
7. Willing to travel as needed
8. 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
9. Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
10. Experience in corporate social responsibility and/ or the palm oil sector will be a plus
