Job Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager with a strong focus on optimizing website conversion and lead appointment booking. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in user empathy, analytics, and leadership. Your success will be measured by the number of sales opportunities generated, total website traffic, and website traffic conversion rate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve website conversion rates and lead generation.
  • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user journeys to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Own the lead funnel, from website visitors to booked appointments, ensuring high-quality lead flow for the sales team.
  • Implement and refine A/B testing strategies to improve key website metrics.
  • Analyze user behavior, website performance, and campaign data to drive insights and improvements.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to enhance the website experience.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture leads effectively.
  • Develop and execute paid and organic traffic strategies to increase high-intent visitors.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of direct digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
