- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Lead client reviews and communication, ensuring alignment on goals and performance.
- Lead and manage Client Leads.
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Oversee and manage operational processes, ensuring they are streamlined and effective.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimization.
- Resource Management:
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to effectively support client operations.
- Identify and address potential risks and issues, ensuring business continuity and client satisfaction.
- Lead and develop teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support client growth and business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
