Stock Coordinator - #1092225

Stock Coordinator is responsible for:

• Managing the inventory movement and levels of the designated store(s) of responsibility in an efficient, accurate and cost-effective manner
• Working collaboratively with the store management team to effectively manage the store(s) stock take & cycle counts results, stockroom operations and loss prevention, in order to drive commercial success
• Support in staff planning (roster) and support members to deliver Customer Service Excellence
• Participate in regular trainings
• Follow all provided Collection Training & VM Guideline – VM change
• Support in managing product flow between stockroom & sales floor and other stores – take into account deliveries & return of stock
• Support in reviewing CRM & NPS data to ensure proper quality – Digital Advisor
• Responsible for customer care & follow up
• Follow all company policies & procedures (H&S, SOM, GSU etc)
• Responsible for cash management i.e. petty cash
• Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
• Responsible for managing stationary orders (including POS material)
• Support in managing stock orders
• Ensure store operations i.e. lightning, music, external cleaners are in good order
• Manage Part Timers & Retail Interns
• Collaborate all the rosters, overtimes & Leave Details from Store Manager
• Any others administrations and adhoc work
