Title: Capital Consultants
Location: Hong Kong & Singapore
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify companies planning IPOs and engage key decision-makers.
- Build networks within startups, SMEs, and business associations.
- Drive sales through consultative discussions on capital raising and IPO strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular progress reports.
- Develop deep product knowledge (training provided).
What We Look For:
- Strong sales, cold calling, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to engage C-level executives.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Passion for helping businesses scale and access public markets.
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred; SME/startup networks are a plus.
- Fresh graduates welcome—must be eager to learn.
- Prior high-commission sales experience is an advantage.
