Ready for an exciting challenge? Join our investment team as an Analyst/Senior Analyst specializing in Japan Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Japan Real Estate Developers.

What You'll Do

• Independently conduct comprehensive research to uncover investment opportunities within the Japan REITs and Real Estate Developers sector.
• Perform detailed analyses of industry and economic data in the Japan market to identify factors impacting companies under evaluation.
• Provide sound investment recommendations to portfolio managers, ensuring they align with our established investment process.
• Offer insightful commentary and valuable forecasts on future trends impacting the industry.
• Work closely with investment team to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment
• Undertake additional job-related duties or special projects as required to support the business goals.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate or a related discipline, MBAs with a finance emphasis and/or Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in equity analysis or a related field, with prior experience in Japan REITs/Real Estate preferred.
• Strong understanding of complex investment vehicles with strong business insight.
• Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed and accurate stock, industry and economic analysis.
• Solid understanding of computer modeling techniques with strong quantitative financial background.
• Candidates with more experience would be considered as Senior Analyst.
• Strong language and communication skills (verbal and written) are essential. Proficiency in Japanese would be a plus.
