We’re looking for a passionate and driven International Brand Manager to champion Vagisan’s growth across Asia, focusing on markets like Hong Kong and Malaysia. This role isn’t just about marketing—it's about leading a movement. You’ll spark conversations, advocate for women’s health, and drive real change. You’ll create campaigns that normalise intimate health discussions, educate women about menopause-related challenges, and make self-care a priority, not a taboo.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and execute bold marketing strategies that position Vagisan as a trusted, go-to brand for women’s intimate health across Asia.
  • Develop education-driven campaigns that speak directly to women, particularly those experiencing menopause, by creating content that resonates and engages.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns (digital, TV, print, and social media) to raise awareness, foster education, and boost sales.
  • Ensure that regional brand positioning aligns with global strategy while being tailored to local markets.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by analysing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring each investment creates meaningful impact.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, from sales to digital marketing, to fuel brand growth.
  • Champion women’s health, using marketing as a tool to break down stigmas and normalise open conversations about intimate wellness.


Who You Are

  • An ambitious brand marketer with 3+ years of experience in FMCG or healthcare, eager for your next challenge.
  • A strategic thinker with a knack for transforming insights into powerful campaigns that get noticed.
  • Experienced in marketing communications, media planning, and content creation, with a passion for delivering innovative and impactful brand messaging.
  • A strong communicator who thrives in multicultural environments and knows how to adapt your message to diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (additional SEA languages are a bonus).
  • Willing to travel internationally when needed.
