The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and initiatives. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of trade education in collaboration with industry leaders, academia, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development and Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy for the SF Academy in alignment with Sing Fuels objectives and industry trends.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of project-guided learning programs for business graduates, covering key subjects such as Maritime Trade Finance, Sustainability, and Energy Trading
- Collaborate with academic partners to design credit-bearing learning modules and workshops that enhance participants' knowledge and skills in digital trade.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, academic institutions, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with senior management, C-Suite executives, and industry leaders to ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational goals.
- Represent Sing Fuels at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote the SF Academy initiatives.
- Program Operations and Administration:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SF Academy, including budget management and resource allocation.
- Coordinate program logistics, including venue bookings, participant registration, and event coordination, ensuring seamless execution of programs and events.
- Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess program effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentorship Support:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to participants of the SF Academy, supporting them in developing and refining their skills.
- Collaborate with industry experts and leaders to provide tailored support and guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in mentorship or coaching roles, providing guidance and support to program participants or team members preferred.
- Knowledge of digital trade and maritime industry, ecosystem preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and a track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
