Operations and Warehouse Coordinator - #1092186

• Process Improvement & Cost Optimisation:

Spearhead initiatives to refine warehouse operations by identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing cost-saving strategies through continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

• 3PL & Internal Coordination:

Act as the central liaison between third-party logistics (3PL) providers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication, synchronised operations, and timely problem resolution.

• Operational Process Development:

Design, document, and implement comprehensive operating procedures and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management across the warehouse.

• Inventory Management & Auditing:

Oversee and optimise inventory control systems, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate inventory records and effective stock management.

• Team Sharing:

Share with warehouse personnel on best practices, safety standards, and operational protocols, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

• Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and prepare detailed reports for management to support strategic decision-making.

• Regulatory Compliance:

Register and maintain compliance for products, for example for HSA and product liability insurance, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.

• Consignment Stock Management & Replenishment

Arrange stock replenishment for consignment stores and ensure efficient stock allocation to minimize shortages or overstocking.
