Job Title: IT Support and Infrastructure Specialist/Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive IT professional proficient in both Chinese and English to provide support for our rapidly growing office in Singapore. This position involves end-user support, support for meetings and events, local IT infrastructure operation and maintenance, and serving as a communication bridge between employees and the internal IT team. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical capabilities, practical experience in networking, security, etc., and excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- End-user Support,Operation and Maintenance
- Provide daily IT support to employees (such as troubleshooting hardware/software issues, debugging audio and video equipment for meetings/events, etc.).
- Maintain office IT equipment (computers, printers, IP phones, video conferencing systems, etc.).
- Network and Infrastructure Management
- Monitor and maintain local infrastructure: the low-voltage electrical equipment room in the office (switches, firewalls, etc.), local servers, and AWS cloud resources.
- Perform tasks required by the Group's Information Technology Department, such as regular system updates, backups, and security audits, and cooperate with providing IT-related information required by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
Communication and Coordination
- As the IT contact person for the Singapore office, possess good communication skills, maintain good collaboration with the internal IT team, collect/prioritize requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the global IT team to implement standardized solutions.
Job Requirements
- Technical Capabilities
- Have more than 3 years of IT support experience in a multi-device environment, be familiar with operating systems such as Windows and Mac, be familiar with Office and Office 365, be familiar with computer hardware, and be proficient in using and troubleshooting various meeting software and printers.
- Be familiar with ITIL.
- Have an understanding of enterprise-level network architecture.
- Have knowledge of server operation and maintenance (Windows/Linux).
- Have an understanding of Azure/AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM).
- Soft Skills
- Possess excellent English communication skills (both written and oral) to communicate with users and the global IT team.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Have a strong sense of service.
- Be able to explain technical concepts to ordinary users in non-technical language.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in supporting the IT expansion of a rapidly growing office.
- Have certification qualifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNA, etc.

3、沟通协调
- 作为新加坡办公室IT对接人,需具备良好的沟通能力,能与内部IT团队保持良好协作、收集/优先级排序需求并将其转化为技术方案
- 与全球IT团队协作实施标准化解决方案
任职要求
1、技术能力
- 3年以上多设备环境IT支持经验 ,熟悉Windows,Mac等操作系统,熟悉office及Office365,熟悉电脑硬件、熟悉各类会议软件、打印机的使用及问题排查等。
- 熟悉ITIL
- 了解企业级网络架构
- 了解服务器运维(Windows/Linux)
- 了解Azure/AWS云服务(EC2、S3、IAM)

- 具备优秀的英语沟通能力(书面和口头)与用户及全球IT团队沟通
- 优秀的问题解决能力
- 优秀的服务意识
