In this role, you are a team player who will assist the HR Team to ensure smooth delivery in all areas of HR services. The main duties and responsibilities of the HR Executive is to provide support to the Associate HR Director in delivering the full scope of HR such as but not limited to:
What you’ll do
- Work alongside with Associate HR Director in full spectrum of HR operation and administration
- Process payroll accurately and timely, covering salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance (CPF, income tax, etc.)
- Manage payroll-related benefits such as leave, insurance, and reimbursements
- Address all payroll related employee queries
- Maintain and update payroll software and HRIS (TimeSoft), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to government agencies
- Responsible for maintaining timely payroll reports for Finance and internal/external audits.
- Responsible for all stages of employees’ lifecycle (on-boarding/ off-boarding/ confirmation/ employees’ letters etc.)
- Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of employee personal files, leave records and HR database
- Identify opportunities to enhance payroll efficiency through automation and best practices.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and compliance
- Manage end to end payroll duties such as inquiries, claims, insurance and benefits administration
- Be part of the employees’ engagement team and see-through execution of all related activities
- Support HR team on general administrative duties
- Respond to general requests/inquiries from employees as and when required
- Ad-hoc projects which will be assigned by supervisor
What you’ll need
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or in a related field
- At least 2 years of payroll processing experience (in house)
- Possess good knowledge on Singapore labor regulations
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality
- Experience in Times Software will be advantageous
