Join us and be a part of our future legacy. We are looking for a Business Development Manager, On-Trade for our joint venture, Capital F&B Pte Ltd in Singapore.

Capital F&B Pte Ltd, located in Singapore, is a leading distributor of food and beverages. We proudly serve as the sole distributor for Asahi’s global brands, including Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Grolsch, Pilsner Urquell, and Asahi.
With Asahi's majority shareholding, Capital is now a joint venture under Asahi Beer Asia. We are committed to delivering on our great taste promise and bringing more fun to life for customers in Singapore.
This role is responsible for developing new and managing assigned On-trade accounts to deliver our business objectives of sales, improvement of Value per Outlet (VPOs), and Market Shares.
Accountabilities and deliverables
- Develop potential accounts and implement sales strategy, including product launch, promotion activation, and development of new accounts.
- Establish strong partnerships with assigned accounts, responsible for driving growth, and develop close customer relationships with regular visits and business reviews.
- Track and analyze sales data, providing insights, pricing trends and strategic recommendations for performance improvement.
- Be the local market expert of the responsible area, staying up to date on the latest trends and developments of the F&B trends and movements of the area.
- Support trade marketing and sales teams with customized promotions, POSM production, and brand visibility enhancement and assist in exploring business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Commercial On-trade experience in an international alcohol or beverage company preferred
- Proven track record in driving and delivering sales targets
- Effective collaborator internally and externally with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
