Experiential Marketing Manager


What awaits you?

  • Develop & implement experiential marketing activities (e.g.: Motorshows, Drive Events, BMW Golf Cup) to build the BMW brand and support retail performance.
  • Events & Product Launches:
  • Conceptualize, plan & execute experiential activities for Singapore National Sales Company (NSC).
  • Conceptualize, share best practice examples, train and enable experiential activities in 13 markets of the Region South East Asia
  • Partnership & Sponsorship Opportunities: Negotiate with partners/organizers on entitlements & implement activities.
  • Conferences & Incentive Trips: Organize itinerary & manage for BMW Asia centrally organized trips/conferences.
  • Experiential Marketing Planning: Establish Singapore NSC annual event strategy, with clear prioritization, objectives, and key measurements of success.
  • Experiential Marketing Execution: Support brand development initiatives for Singapore NSC, including information alignment and communication with Singapore dealer(s).
  • Experiential Marketing Performance Steering: Define key performance indicators & track post-event performance of NSC Singapore but also of the 13 markets of the region.
  • Experiential Marketing CI/Tools/Channels: Source for relevant strategic partners, alternative experiences (i.e. digital tools, venue, etc). Provide template & guidance for retail marketing to implement Singapore NSC experiential activities across other BMW Asia markets.
  • Budget Management: Manage experiential marketing budget to achieve accurate planning & maximum return on investment.



What you should bring along?

  • Field of study in Management, Business administration or proven ability in similar function.
  • At least 5 years of experience in planning and successfully executing events (of national scale of ~0,2-1 mil SGD involving 2-3 agencies at the same time)
  • Strong planning skills and agency steering skills, detail-oriented & good time management.
  • Leadership skills: at least 2 years of leading teams of some sort
  • Ability to analyze situations and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Strong holistic business judgement; understanding of commercial & financial aspects. Excellent budget management skills.
  • Professional & persuasive communicator. Ability to motivate people.
  • Strong luxury brand knowledge and experience in event management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
