We are seeking an experienced Product Designer who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for groundbreaking products. A background in trading, fintech, or financial markets is a huge plus, as you’ll be working on complex, data-driven interfaces that require deep user empathy and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product design efforts, from user research to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape and validate innovative solutions.
• Design for complex workflows, ensuring usability and clarity in data-heavy environments.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights.
• Develop and maintain design systems that scale across products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably in fintech, trading, or data-heavy applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction design, and visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working with complex data visualization, dashboards, and real-time interfaces.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Ability to work in an agile, iterative environment with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Knowledge of trading platforms, financial markets
