We are excited to partner exclusively with our client, a beloved brand in the Impulse Snacking category, to find a talented and dynamic Regional Trade Marketing Manager. This newly created mid-senior level position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving brand growth across the region.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute trade marketing strategies that align with brand and category objectives, driving both sales growth and enhanced brand visibility.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the planning and implementation of impactful in-store activations and promotions to maximize consumer engagement and reinforce brand presence.
  • Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate trade marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and results.
  • Retail Insights: Conduct thorough analysis of sales data, shopper behavior, and market trends to support key business decisions and uncover new opportunities. Stay ahead of retail trends, competitor actions, and consumer behaviors to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment of trade marketing efforts with overarching business goals and regional priorities.


Requirements for the Role:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in regional trade marketing, category management, or a similar discipline, ideally across 2 or more countries.
  • Strong background in FMCG or the Impulse Snacking category, with proven experience managing trade marketing strategies across multiple regions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year to engage with key markets and stakeholders.
  • Highly driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects and results.
  • Proficiency in English is required, and any additional languages (particularly for Southeast Asia) would be a significant advantage.
