We are seeking an IT Ops and Incident Manager to lead our operations team and ensure the effective management of incidents within our IT environment.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Oversee incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services
• Coordinate with various teams to efficiently manage incidents and ensure effective communication throughout the incident lifecycle
• Define and implement operational standards, best practices, and procedures for incident management
• Conduct post-incident reviews to improve processes and prevent recurrence of incidents
• Monitor system performance and availability, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential issues
• Lead IT operations activities, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with internal and external standards
• Work with senior management to report on incident trends, service performance, and improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the ops and incident management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and incident management roles
• Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and certification, preferably ITIL v3 or v4
• Experience with incident management tools and IT service management software
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced IT environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, security principles, and operational risk management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
