Job Description

YOUR IMPACT _________

  • Drive Brand love and desirability among Tiktokers, Influencers and Media
  • Lead PR & Digital strategies in SEA in alignment with Senior Marketing Manager, SEA and support from Global External Communications Team
  • A creative and proactive individual, she/he will be an excellent team player by liaising with colleagues across multiple departments from sales to marketing to ensure all PR & Digital initiatives meets key business objectives while improving brand's voice and online presence
  • Ensure PR & digital plans are aligned with Marcomm KPI & goals
  • Regional/Country: SEA & India; direct manage Singapore and Malaysia
  • Team: 1 direct report (Senior PR & Digital Executive, SEA)


YOUR MISSION _________

PR

  • Define & develop SEA PR Strategy, Drive PR results by creating & executing PR initiatives locally based on budget
  • Plan and execute PR launch events or in-store events for Tiktokers/ Influencers/ Media/ Consumers in partnership with Local Markets, supervise and/or direct event execution for SG MY
  • Develop strong relationship with Tiktokers, Influencers, Media & Journalists to gain earned media coverage, digital exposure and SOV
  • Plan and explore collaboration opportunities with like-mind brands or partners to develop PR/digital campaigns to drive sales and SOV
  • Drive special PR sends & press releases for new launches and campaigns - PR stock ordering, packing and seeding out
  • Identify relevant KOLs /Tiktokers for campaign launches
  • Work closely with NBBAs in the region & Content Creator to build close knitted relationships with Influencers & Press for online features or content videos
  • Grow awareness of Benefit to Gen Z audience through digital and Influencers efforts
  • Partner with Local Markets on Crisis Management Contingency Plan


DIGITAL/SOCIAL

  • Define and develop SEA social media strategies and paid campaigns to increase reach & engagement. Priority focus on turbocharge Tiktok ,follow by Instagram and content in SEA to ensure meeting KPI agreed with Global
  • Manage and execute planning, creative and budgets for these campaigns in partnership with SGMY Teams
  • Review SEA Media Plan together with SMM, execution of digital ad buy for Facebook & Tiktok via Ads Manager platform in SGMY
  • Grow brand visibility on e-retailers’ website including shaping star product launch plans with retailer’s digital team, establish the annual action plan, monitor brand presence and visibility on site and social media, increase brand reach on retailers’ digital channels
  • Oversee reviews & ratings on Google My Business in SGMY, monitor & review GMB performance in partnership with Senior PR & Digital Executive, SEA and Local markets
  • Work closely with NBBAs & Content Creator on content creation and execution


Qualifications

WHAT YOU OFFER _________

  • A Degree holder in Business / Marketing / PR or equivalent with at least 5 years of PR, Social and Digital Marketing experience as PR & Digital Manager; beauty industry experience is preferred
  • Experience in developing and PR & Digital strategies, social media across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube
  • Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to turn idea into holistic content programs
  • Familiar with Social and media buys
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines in a timely manner
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and good management skills
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
  • Strong social content creation skillset
