Job description

1. UAT Planning
2. 1. Assist Test Manager to prepare Test Strategy and Test Plan.
3. 2. Identify potential issues and risks.
4. 3. Assist Test Manager to run UAT related meetings.
5. 4. Review test scenarios and cases with key stakeholders to meet requirements and expectations.

UAT Process Control

1. Review and assess UAT entry & exist criteria are met.
2. Coordinating with upstream/downstream teams to facilitate UAT execution.
3. Coordinate with other teams (e.g., infra/network) for environment setup.
4. Maintain JIRA dashboard during testing execution and ensure traceability among test case, user story, and defects.

Defect Management

1. Actively track UAT defect pool to ensure timely closure.
2. Analyse and summarize outstanding defects on a need basis.
3. Productively drive daily defect triage meeting for proper defect assessment and final resolution or fixes

Reporting

1. Daily reporting to ensure UAT progression is on track, includes.

a. Overall testing progress,

b. Challenges and highlights,

c. Open defects breakdown,

d. Test execution breakdown,

Requirements

1. Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.

2. Fluent in Mandarin.

3. Proficient in MS Excel and PPT.

4. 3+ years of UAT experience in local banks.
