Payments and Receivable Officer - #1092109

Role Summary:

• Processing of Remittances, Fixed Deposits, outward clearing cheques
• Handle cheque Truncation systems (CTS), relationship management application (RMA), updating of spart, documentation for account opening for customers and banks

Main Responsibilities:

• Process all remittances, Fixed Deposit, outward clearing cheques, are correctly and timely processed
• To ensure the Nostro Position cash flow is correctly reported
• To ensure the COMBO evening reports tallied before sending out the Nostro Position to HKG CMO
• To liaise with HKG CMO on FX contracts booked
• To check END OF THE DAY report for COMBO trades
• To participate in CTS and MEPS industry test
• To set up and update Relationship management application (RMA)
• To update the signatures in SPART
• Constructing swift messages

Role Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, Finance or any relevant field.
• Familiarity with payment processing/ financial transaction systems, financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong computer/ technical skills including Microsoft Office, and other financial tools.
• Ability to process transactions accurately, ensuring that all documentation and records are correct.
• Ability to handle inquiries, complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Previous working experience in the payments and receivables or Banking operations is highly preferred.
