Our client is a leading complex manufacturing company with strong focus on the healthcare industry. Engineering smart solutions to help their clients confidently solve tough challenges, they excel at a broad range of specialized capabilities from engineering to assembly. They are looking for a dynamic individual to join them as their Chief Executive Officer. As the CEO you will be responsible for the full P&L of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and understanding of the medical device market including the various medical device, diagnostic and pharma companies
• Existing relationships with healthcare clients
• An inspiring leader that is able to drive sales growth and manage operations efficiently
• Setting sales goals and developing marketing strategies
• Lead and motivate the company towards innovation and production of high-quality products

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field
• Full P&L experience
• Proven work experience in OEM environment
• Technically proficient
• Experienced in operations and business development
• Good project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
