We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Content Executive to work on projects from big to small aimed at creating awareness and engagement for Jung Beauty under Ksisters. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for all things beauty, brand storytelling and our mission to create life-changing premium and professional hair & skincare products to our audience.

Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM), you will have the opportunity to grow as a Beauty Marketing expert by working in end-to-end Content Planning, Creation & Execution, Digital Marketing & E-commerce operations, and eventually create products you're passionate about from the ground up!

Responsibilities

Contents Creation (70%)

• Be the face of Jung Beauty's social media platforms, appearing on screen for content creation while responding to customer inquiries/feedback
• Stay ahead of social trends and transform buzz into impactful actions aligned with our goals
• Create engaging content (through photography, videography, graphic design etc) for platforms like Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook
• Prepare and curate the social media calendar and source for KOLs
• Manage social media budget for creator engagement/community building
• Build and grow a community of UGC creators/consumer testers for the brand
• Lead Tiktok/Instagram livestreams for new launches together with our E-commerce lead
• Manage and grow our social media presence
  
  
  

Marketing (30%)

• Lead the development of brand collaterals (brochures and gift with purchases)
• Assist in the planning and execution of activations and campaigns for new launches/key promotions, while ensuring alignment with brand strategy in collaboration
• Support AMM on PR/media campaigns, KOL marketing & liaison and social campaigns to drive sales and brand growth
• Support or lead physical events for new product launches
• Support the team in daily operations follow-up & execution (quality issues, or any brand related matters)
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong interest in Korean Beauty will be a plus
• Good organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks in detail with great multitasking skills in a very fast-paced environment
• Excellent copywriting skills with ability to grasp product knowledge and key points to hook audiences
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro/Capcut/Canva
• Experience with Tiktok Shop, Tiktok Ads, Tiktok Livestreaming and Shopee Livestreaming is a plus
• A self-starter who can work independently with a positive mindset, enthusiastic and collaborative
• A strong team player with good communication skills to facilitate cross functional discussions
• Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Resident
